How on earth could Oliver Stone fall for this story?
Tucked into the back of the book, The Oliver Stone Experience by Matt Zoller Seitz, is this little gem:
This all sounds like an hallucination, no? Not to Oliver Stone, who thought it "makes a lot of sense." Stone marveled that "his memory of it was so technical, filled with military jargon, details with radio communications right after the shots." The clincher for Stone? The man was a Buddhist and "he thought I was an honest man."
